4. Fat in a fatty liver does not come from fat in the diet. It's made by the liver from the sugar you eat (mainly fructose).
5. Gout is not caused by red meat. Fructose is the major culprit in gout.
6. Stop doing sit-ups. Sit-ups do more damage to your body than they benefit it. Sit-ups hurt the disc in your back, you end up with back pain. It’s s not going to “roast” your belly fat. Sit-ups are not good for your back and they are really not good for your abs.

9. Wheat and semo are the worst food or swallow for someone who is diabetic.
